Good doctors great service.

The service at Eye Associates of New Mexico is appalling. On three separate occasions I have ordered contacts through them and each time I have had to wait at least three weeks to receive them. The first time, I was told they were ordered, I called back a week later and they had not been ordered. I reordered them and when I received the contacts a week later they were the wrong brand. I had to wait another week until I finally received them. The whole time I was working with the front desk during this mess, they were rude and unaccommodating. I am now waiting another two weeks for a pair of contacts that still has not been ordered!! The doctor I saw, I will not list his name, had a large ego and would not listen to me when I tried to explain that the contacts I had ordered were not the right prescription. He just told me that my eyes were dry and gave me some eye drops. When I insisted that my contacts were blurry and I could not focus, getting a headache after wearing them for 5 minutes, he got huffy with me and told me that it had to be that my eyes were dry. I left and found out on my own that the manufacturer mislabeled the contacts, something he wouldn't even consider. Eye Associates may look nice on the outside, but good luck on receiving quality service and respect.
