What a traumatic experience at this place! I was well over one hour. I was taken to at least 5 different rooms for testing! The last room I was taken to Was the first room I had been in. The girl Andrea was going to test me with the machine to be place in front of me. I was holding my eyeglasses that I had just bought a month ago and she told me to lay my glasses on the machine. Andrea proceeded to put eyedropsThat one the Third time for them.My eyes were very blurry and I Could not see well! My daughter came into the room to help me out . I told my daughter to get my sunglasses out of the car because I could not see well. We left and got about 6 blocks and I said “0h no I left my eyeglasses on that machine in the office you came to get me.” My daughter turned around and went in and told them I left my glasses. They couldn’t find them! We had to leave to pick up school children. I called the next day and they Still didn’t find them! I told them they must not clean the machines after each customer or they would have found them!They told me they didn’t leave the machine without cleaning after each customer! I told them to Remove my name from future appointments that I would not be back! I will not be able to get eyeglasses for about 3 months since I m on disability! This is Not the place to go for sure! Too many workers that don’t know what is going on! I will be going to a smaller office with clerks that are aware of what’s happening with their customers belongings-be it their purses or Their eyeglasses! The right way to do Was reimburse me for losing my eyeglasses!
Just received a email from their billing office I have an outstanding balance. My appointment was 9 months ago and can't use my HSA- second year in a row. Apparently the new software still needs some work.
They are awesome!!! Professional yet very friendly. I have always had a great experience!!!! The lady at the glasses part was so helpful and had a great personality!!!!
Dr. Fuller and her staff are a Grade A+ crew. They are very knowledgeable and care about the patients. Very happy with all of them. From the very first phone call to the last post op appointment they were very caring. And yes the price of it all. Very affordable. No matter your financial situation they are willing to work with you. I want to say thank you and job well done Dr Fuller!! From a very satisfied patient.
First visit to Dr Jones’ office in Moore, we have seen him in the Midwest City office also. Dr Jones and staff are really great. Very upbeat practice, but very precise in their care, asking the right questions and listening to what is said. Not afraid to send you onto a more specialized doctor if needed, which we totally appreciated. Great visit!
Loved Dr. Jones and his staff. It was so refreshing to see his enthusiasm for the eclipse, that he was encouraging everyone to see it. Because if the issues i was having, he ensured every test to rule out possibilities was done.
This staff is very professional and make the visit very pleasant. From the front office, to the technicians and doctors, they are always friendly and put me at ease no matter the procedure. Would highly recommend!
My visit to Eye Care of Oklahoma in Moore was on time with little waiting to begin to begin my care. Staff was professional and friendly. The Doctor and staff acted with skill and knowledge. The eye exam was extremely thorough. I am giving this visit 5 stars .
As usual for this clinic, everything was perfect. Facilities, wait area, reception all nice and clean. Service was immediate and efficient. The entire staff treat one as if a member of their own family. Dr Jones is all one could ask of a medical provider. Always attentive to your needs and questions and will take the time necessary to fully explain everything. He goes the extra mile to help solve your problems.
Always a good visit. The staff are always very courteous and friendly. Dr Jones is so friendly and down to earth. He is the only doctor I have seen that means it when he tells you to call if you are having problems no matter what day or time. That in itself says a lot .
