Just do yourself a favor and go here first. I tried another place and after a 3 month nightmare with them, Dr. Randy and his staff came to the rescue. Friendly, fast, professional service is what you can expect.

Eye mechanix was a great experience. The optometrist was so nice and friendly plus I bought a really cool pair of glasses and the contact lenses were really amazing I can see so much better than ever. If you need an Optometrist you should really go see this hug he's great!!

I discovered Eye Mechanix in Lincoln Park and I couldn't be happier. The eye doctor was really helpful and explained everything in detail. I bought a new pair of really nice eyeglasses and also contact lenses. If you need an Optometrist I highly recommend Eye Mechanix in Lincoln Park.

I went for an exam today at Eye Mechanix and choose them based off of the really good reviews for places in the neighborhood. The reviews were nothing short of SPOT-ON! The staff members Becky and John were VERY helpful, with great personalities and still told me to come in for my appointment when I was 15 minutes late (thank you Chicago traffic...). I was also amazed that my insurance was already verified BEFORE I got there. Dr. Ricketts gave a very thorough eye exam and explained things to me. Afterwards, Becky and I picked out a nice pair of frames (Doc even gave his opinion on them too) and I'm looking forward to the new "eye-lationship" with them! Thanks guys.
