I went to Physicians immediate care because my primary doctor was booked and I needed to be seen immediately.  The staff was friendly from the check in process through the appointment.  My doctor even called me to follow up to ensure the medications I was prescribed were working effectively.  Definitely recommend!

If this center were a bar I would be a regular. Its too bad I'm not a hypochondriac.

Arrived when I was the only one there, took 20 mins to get taken back, then over 30 mins to be seen. The room was completely dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. The restroom had no soap. The physician barely looked at me and told me a couple remedies and to see my regular doc. Nobody seemed to have a sense or urgency or really know what they were doing, will never go back.

Terrible experience! The clinic in Northcenter was amazing.  Very quick and professional after I checked in online!!   They unfortunately did not have the item I needed and referred me to the Clybourn clinic. They told me I should be able to get my service done promptly when I showed up.  I arrived and the lab technician and receptionist were talking in the lobby.  I stated my name and menical needs and the receptionist told me to take a seat. The receptionist called the Northcenter location and asked them about my service needs, very nice but I was right there, why not ask me? After waiting 15 minutes I asked how much longer, since I had an engagement I needed to be at.  The receptionist said it should be 10-15 more minutes. Really, I rarely think promptly means 30-45 minutes to possibly being seen. Definitely will not be using this service again, or at least the Clybourn location!  I was here two years ago and they had a very pleasant staff.  I don't know what happened😞

Great service, friendly staff and knowledgable physicians that wont just throw antibiotics at you and send you away. They treat appropriately and let you know when a specialist is indicated and I really appreciate that.
