I had a wonderful experience at Rosin Eyecare. I had to see a doctor immediately on a Saturday morning and they were able to fit me in first thing. Everyone who works there is extremely kind of accommodating. Considering my diagnosis I had to be referred to Dr. Rosin on Michigan Ave, however I continued to follow up at the Lincoln Park location. I would highly recommend Rosin Eyecare to anyone who needs an optometrist, I certainly trust them with my eyes!

I had an excellent experience from the time I entered the office. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The doctor, was very pleasant and gave me a thorough exam. All my questions and concerned were answered.
There were many frames to choose from and I was very satisfied with my purchase.  This definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

The eye doctor was good, but her staff was really not. I needed new lenses for existing frames. I was in the office for almost an hour and STILL left without pricing for my new lenses. I was emailed later and informed that the office wouldn't use my insurance for the new lenses since it covers "standard" coating instead of "premium", which is utter nonsense. They tried to charge me $200 dollars for just new lenses? I went to Warby Parker and got a brand new pair of glasses all-in for $99. Bye Felicia.

Appointment was very fast :) The staff was super nice, and it was all very straightforward! Would totally recommend it to my friends and others.

Unhappy with the customer service and experience. I went for an eye check up three months ago and received contact lenses which did not agree with my eye. I had to go for another visit and the samples which worked were not on file. Three months later i have an emergency out of the country and the file was not updated. It has the incorrect prescription. The samples provided earlier were not updated and now I am asked to take another eye appointment to update the prescription. I filled out a whole lot of paperwork to release my correct prescription online and after a week of this I am asked for another doctor visit to verify! It feels unfair to go for another eye appointment in three months to verify the samples which were provided by the doctor earlier. Very dissatisfied and planning to change the doctor. Really bad customer service experience.
