WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I've been growing out my eyebrows for almost 3 months now. I  went to to go thread my eyebrows and I specifically tell the lady I DO NOT want my eyebrows thin. She does one eyebrow and she did it super thin, looked like I had a line for an eyebrow and she said "don't worry I'm not done" then finishes off the other eyebrow and was even thinner. I tell her to fix it and she just says "I'm done" so I talk to the manager which is some old Indian man. And I tell him the situation and he tells me "well you still have to pay" ( him knowing the lady messed up my eyebrows) and then I was telling him how disappointed I was and then yells at me and kicks me out with my little 2 year old sister. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

Place closes at 9, I walked in at 8pm and asked for a pedicure and both girls behind the counter just stared at each other for a good 2 minutes, without saying a word. Finally one of the nail techs came from the back of the store and asked how she could help us. Apparently the girls in the front have taken it upon themselves to close the store an hour early and haven't shared this information with the boss or the rest of the staff.

I am so pissed right now! I just got my eyebrows done, I clearly said to the lady all I wanted was my eyebrows cleaned not shaped. Well she did the opposite and chopped off one of my eyebrows now I have a long and a short eyebrow! If i could give a negative star I would! I always pay extra to make sure I'm getting good quality but obviously this place is trash it's more like quantity over quality. Stay away if you want to keep your eyebrows!

This place discriminated that I had my 4 year old daughter with me. They clearly said I couldn't get my nails done because they didn't have space for her. They were discussed by Pretty much kicked me out. I am so offended by this place I also made a direct complain with Maggie the mall director. Do not recommend this terrible place to anyone.
