HORRIBLE! They do not sanitize their instruments between customers!!! I watched 3 different nail technicians give pedicure and not stabilize the tools used before moving to the next customer. They only briefly rinsed with water after each person. When I informed management of the issue, I was told that I should've went to my regular nail place! Extremely rude! The manager also told me that they stabilize the tools every night in a machine in the back, BUT only rinse with soap during operation hours. I explained to her that her technicians didn't even use soap on the tools before moving to the next client...and I don't think soap and water is enough...what about alcohol? She continued to be rude and dismiss the facts I pointed out. She walked away mumbling. Very unprofessional!

They are some rude people. I stopped going years ago... but went today to give them another try!  The owner is a racist bitch! I don't use profanity but bitch defines her personality. Unprofessional nail salon should be their name I had a issues with my bank card instead of coming to the front end she talk in a nasty tone to me across the salon. I guess I will get the last word ! I won't take a stray dog to piss in their chair! Just rude !

Really bad service. After going there for years they are getting worse. The technicians are without spirit and talent. My acrylics came off the next day. Do not expect anything special because they can not do high fashion styling or special techniques. They try to convince you to do whatever is easy for them. One of the male technicians cut me and was very disrespectful. Henry's pedicures were the only thing worth stepping into that salon for. Find another place.

Horrible experience ...... Especially for that price! The equipment is not cleaned properly after each customer! When I asked the manager about it she told me to go some where else because her regular customers dont complain! Enough said! Dont not come here!

If there was an option for zero stars I would give them zero. I was trying to pick a color and I had a picture on my phone, when I asked the lady if they had that color she ignored me. I was in and out I would say she spent no more then 20 min for a mani and a pedi. She made me take off my own nail polish on my hands and cut my toe. She didn't take off my cutitcles on my hands and she did a horrible job painting my nails. I would have done a better job and not even a week later my nail polish starting coming off. I will never go back. Horrible service
