I have been getting my brows waxed for literally YEARS!!!! Well me being very very picky with my brows I decided to check them out, and my god was it life changing!! I’ve had both of the sisters do them and it was great each time. I’m still getting used to the awkward feeling opposed to wax, but I plan to NEVER go back to wax!

I have been going here for a year, minus a few months but the young lady that would always do my eyebrows and eyelashes would always do a fantastic job, as my last extension is would last 2+ weeks. Well, 2 weeks ago I left there feeling a little different about my lashes. Turns out she set the lashes on different than she ever had before; instead of at the base, they were right on my lashes. Well, a few days later, the false lashes started to come out, along with 11 of my natural lashes on one eye! I don't know what to do, and am praying that they grow back. I wish she hadn't of switched how she lays the lashes, because I lost several of my natural lashes which has never happened before and I feel this is the cause. There is literally no other explanation and now I feel I can not trust her. I wish I could remember her name. It would be good for the public to know who did this.

I've been very happy with my brows every time I've come here, which has been almost every other week for the past year or so. It doesn't matter who is working, there hasn't been a single time I've been disappointed. When I first started getting my brows threaded the ladies here helped me find the perfect shape.
