I went here to get my nails done for my birthday celebration. I got dip powder and it turned out okay. I am a perfectionist and very picky. I paid $45 and was told dip powder last two weeks, but not even 3 days later the corners were already lifting and by five days I didn't have any dip powder on three of my finger nails. It had chipped off and I got them snagged on things. Since it hadn't even been a full week, I called and when it again and they redid it for free. I even was able to change the color. I gotta say I am quite satisfied now. Rachel took literally a quarter of the time that the original lady did and the product is about three times better-looking. I think I will be requesting Rachel from now on.

My daughter and I have been pampered guests at Gloss since they opened in Grandville. We love the attention to detail, cleanliness and commitment to excellence every time we are served. The staff is always warm, friendly and inviting. The technicians are enthusiastic and helpful when my teenager wants to try something new or choose a design, while ensuring that we’re happy with the final product. They have taken us happily through homecomings, proms, interviews, spring breaks, summer vacays and many other special occasions as well as office ready, professional nails for the regular work week. If you appreciate a lasting relationship with women who appreciate your business and know what true customer service means, then you should be coming to Gloss. A great, family owned local business where each visit is an enjoyable respite, we cannot say enough good things about Gloss Nails!

The guy I had didn’t touch my cuticles..two nails are crooked/filed on an angle and just look awful. He didn’t listen to anything I was saying to him and when I asked him to fix something he looked super annoyed with me. He didn’t even paint all of my nail.. Will not be going here again.

Great place to get your nails and feet done. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. They use great products.

Went here for the first time due to my normal nail place having a long wait. Very disappointed. I get the dip/powder and I wanted ombré glitter which the nail technician couldn't do, so he had another technician do the ombré in which she was critiquing everything he did with my nails. They charge $5 more for powder than any other place. Not to mention that same night my nail chipped and a week later a chunk is missing in the middle of my nail and the clear coat is coming off on another nail and snagging. I will be calling tomorrow to complain to see what they will offer. Very unimpressed for the amount of money I was charged.
