I always get the chicken tenders, fries, corn and the rolls. Everything always fresh crispy and chicken juice, fresh baked rolls. Always great. 👍
The staff is nice.

Their chicken is crispy but not dried out. There is a little more breading than I would like but my husband loves it. I always go with spicy and get a side of coleslaw. Great cobbler is you like sweet things.

Pretty bad. Came in looking to get dinner for my family, but when I put in the order, the workers laughed. Maybe it was the amount I asked for, I didn't see an issue since I paid a whole price. Either way, I made eye contact with them and they just kept laughing, there wasn't any one else in the store or I would have said they were laughing at someone else. 
I pay for the food that I order. I didn't order anything out of the ordinary. I don't understand why they felt the need to laugh. Not going to come back.

Heaven Sent is the new "Ezells".  Ezell (the founder of Ezells chicken) has not been a part of "Ezells chicken" in many years.  He got booted out if his own company and started "Heaven Sent".  Ezells seems to be a franchise now and very inconsistent as far as from one location to another. Ezells is still better than say KFC but Heaven Sent is better than Ezells in my opinion. BTW, I only ordered the 3 piece spicy strips.  Was mediocre at best. Decore needs a little help too. Definitely not a place I'd recommend for dine in.

DO NOT go to this Ezell's! We got the 8-piece Dinner Combo and received extremely dry chicken. I've never eaten chicken this dry before. Their mac and cheese literally looks like they ran out of cheese and just sprinkled some shredded cheese on top. Not only this, but they also messed up our order. We requested mash potatoes as one of our sides and received chili instead... Definitely not worth the price!
