Taco Time

I bought a crisp pinto bean burrito and a soft pinto bean burrito from the fairwood location this evening. The crisp one tasted good, but the soft burrito tasted like an ash tray. It smells like old cigarette and there are black specs all over in it so I'm just assuming an ash tray got dumped in my burrito I waited 10 minutes for. I tried to call but there was no answer. Worst taco time ever!!!! Do not go to this one!

Reasons for 1 star review: 1) Three times in a row they've not put all the food in the bag that we've paid for in the drive through. This time it was a chicken soft taco. Guess I'm not having dinner tonight. Thanks Taco Time! 2) They wouldn't change a coupon for a free taco to a cheese quesadilla for my daughter after she read 12 hours as part of the King County Library summer reading program. She ended up almost crying because the manager was called up and wouldn't change it in front of all the other customers. Super customer service skills! Truly. Way to go! 3) There always seems to be drama between the employees in the back that's loud enough for customers to hear. Last time it was about a girl taking a scheduled break. I got to hear all about it. Yay!

I live right across the street from this place. I tried the fit hit bowl which I really liked so I decided to frequent the place. However, I always get my food to go and the last two times I received snobby service. I was not offered any carriers for my drinks the last two times I got my food, even though I was clear with the cashier that it was to go. I even said "thank you" after i had to hold them accountable to service and got no response from that cashier that didn't do their job. I really like taco time but I am having a really bad time with this location. I already complained once about this type of service and it continues. Trying to be patient but I've had to return before because I haven't gotten the right food and honestly feel that respect should and manners should be met with the same thing at the very least and its just not at this location at times. It's like I am hassling someone if I even ask for something more than what I ordered that I am entitled to in being a paying customer. I shouldn't feel bad in asking for a carrier or a sauce that is held behind the counter or bringing the attention of an order that was made wrong for me.

I don't know why I returned to this particular location; wishful thinking, perhaps. In the past four months I've had to return a chicken taco because the meat tasted sour, been given completely brown guacamole, and two mixed up orders. Today I just wanted a bowl of soup; I mean, it's really hard to mess up soup, but not for this location. The soup was disgusting, the meat loooked and tasted like it had already been chewed, so I took it back inside and got my money back. The service and food are horribly inconsistent and I have learned my lesson. And please refrain from asking me to do the Taco Time survey, I did it four months ago and am still waiting for a response....

I do not complain but maybe once or twice a year , and that's Just for forgetting something minor.. and how much can you really expect out of fast food.. its fast food .. and having people that do not really want to work that makes it tough too.. I have to say that's the worst taco time I've ever had and i want my money back ,.. I've been going to taco times since I was a tiny guy .. to say that this was hands donown terrible. the way rosy ride position not even at all the rich live berm going to mmm.. errible and the binge from the people was ride I want my money back! 1.. combo #3 Burrito was cold ya Cold. Tortilla was soggy , No veggies and the people sellout.. 2... tater tots were cold and super salty.. 3.... as for the combo I do not drink pop nor do I like it.. so I instead of ask two tone the Pugh pop
