McDonald's

Ordered 2 mcdoubles for me and 2 cheeseburgers for my girlfriend, made the half mile drive home and found out that the burgers are could.. so I tried to call..... 6 times.... Six good damn times.... It was not busy, there was not a line... There is no reason the phone shouldn't have been answered... This is pure laziness and I will not be going back to this McDonald's.. how can you not answer a phone... I will be driving to the Benson hill McDonald's from now on.. tire of the lazy employees at this location I've had multiple problems with this location and I'm beyond done with it.. 4/22/18 9:28pm Went back on my way home hoping to grab a burger before I went home Drive through is blocked off (24 hour drive through my ass) Lobby was locked and employees just looked at me like I was stupid for when trying (lobby closes at 11pm).. this has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to..

Recently moved to the area and this is the only drive thru for miles around if you need a quick bite. But, it’s not quick in any shape or form. It is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been through. Doesn’t matter if the drive thru is full or empty, it inexplicably takes a significant time to go through the process. Plus, your order is typically sloppily put together and often wrong. The only positive thing I can say is that we eat a lot less fast food now.

DO NOT GO HERE. 30 minutes fir 20 nuggets a mcdoubke and a shake. Didn't get the right sauces for our nuggets and fries were cold. Not an isolated incident. Pretty sure this is the training mcdonalds. Never had quick service here. It's always slow. They had to close the dining room at 930. Two customers came in and stood at the register for twenty minutes (not exaggerating) and were not even acknowledged. They left. We used the machines and are still here... Waiting... Endlessly?... Why do we keep comimg back here. They should honestly close this location as they Never have adequate staff.

Typical McDonald’s, nothin special but the people. They have a good sense of humor. I pulled up once and heard, “welcome to the good burger, home of the food burger, can I take your order?” Definitely a classic to 90’s kids like me.

Very slow and rude. Many times it will take 2-3 times longer to get through the drive through then normal and once took 20minutes. Never said sorry or anything or thanks for waiting. Poor management. Also a few times messed up my order. I tried but can’t reward a bad McDonald’s.
