Decent customer service but you do get the quality you pay for.  

Cheap shoes with not so great arch support.  Purchased a pair of work shoes from here and ended up going to the doctor after about two days of work.  They said don't buy the cheap shoes any more.  The work tread works great.  The only disadvantage is if you need your feet to naturally follow you; you'll be at risk for a twisted ankle or foot injury...

Great customer service. Attentive to detail with constant eye contact. Fully engaged during each interaction with every customer. Awesome team.

Went in here to brouse today and my girlfriend asked one employee if they had any Adidas Gazelle's. That employee didn't know so he asked another employee and I quote what the second employee said "I've never heard of Adidas Gazelle's." Like seriously?! Made me feel old but I'm only 22. Me and my girlfriend were just in awe. Didn't even want to go back inside later that day purchase some shoes.
