I ordered a sweatshirt from the store on a Sunday. I tracked my order online and it said delivered by Wednesday. I drove 40 min to the mall to pick it up on Thursday, was not ready. Ok, my fault by not calling first. I received a call next Wednesday saying my package arrived. I drive another 40 min to go pick it up on Thursday, I opened the package and instead of my sweatshirt, there was a t-shirt. The cashier called the other store that sent the package over and said, "we have new management" as their excuse. I am absolutely furious on how this process was handled. Never shopping at Zumiez again. Now I have to wait again until they send over the correct item to the store here in Potomac Mills, and have to drive another 40 mins. It's unbelievable. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Go to Tillys or Pacsun instead.
