Went in on 5/5/17 and the store was a complete disaster. I don't like having to look through a bunch of over packed racks to find something to purchase. I couldn't even move the hangers bc there was so much stuff on them. Would of loved to purchase some clothing but if the employee's don't care on keeping it consumer friendly then I would rather take my business else where. Still love forever21 but looks like I'm going to have to go to the one on Arden.

Its a big dumpster where you find damaged clothes. Once you realize you purchased damaged clothes after going home its too late, The people over there tells you you need to make sure before you buy them and they wont take them back. I am not buying again in this dumpster.
