Employees were very friendly. A nice change in comparison to other stores in this mall where employees can be so dismissive. The one manager, Nicole, was very helpful in finding me options for a dress to wear to a wedding. A very nice atmosphere, will be returning!
Atmosphere was great but MAKE SURE you look to see if they take off the protective item trackers on your purchases. My friend and I went in and when he got home he realized they didn't take it off so he had to drive all the way back so that they could remove it. Otherwise the experience was super fun and the music was great there too
This place has to be the worst online site I've ever dealt with in my life weeks later and still haven't received my order when I contact them I just get lies that it's coming NEVER AGAIN
Horrible Employees My friends and I came in and not only were the workers very rude, but they forgot to take off the automatic tag on one of our items. The atmosphere was good and the clothes were somewhat cute, but the employees ruined the whole experience with their condescending and disrespectful attitude.
Love this store for random t-shirts. Good service & Quality!If this the galleria Mall store. If this is the independent location on Elmwood, Buffalo- They have great Variety of unique brands. Very nice shop! Great snowboarding product.
Typical urban outfitters. Usually have good sales on. Always great to grab a gift for someone. I like their collection of records, and record players. Clothing is very hipster oriented. Sometimes overpriced for what it is
Hands down the best customer service I have experienced
Customer service is great. The products look nice but are vastly overpriced in my opinion. Only shop on sale here or just go to a thrift store.
The store itself is clean and organized. But the employees just simply hate their lives.
Staff is always friendly, I have never had a problem making returns or anything. One of my favorite shops at the mall!
