I have gone through this car wash twice. The first time I paid for the most expensive wash which was interior and exterior cleaning. The exterior was great, but when they called my name to show me the interior job they did it not exceed my expectations. There was still fur and dirt in my seats and in the floor including the dashboard. When I pointed it all out the guy was like oh yeah I guess we missed that. For a 30 buck was I expect to not see dirt and hair clearly left on my seats especially being that visible. I understand you can’t get all of it, but when it’s that poorly done it’s embarrassing. Second time through the same thing happened and in this case I asked for a refund and have not been back since

This place can get busy really easy on Fridays and Saturdays but if u go during the week it is usually not so busy. Also the staff is very helpful and let you order sodas while you are choosing which car wash u want. and if you are getting your car vacuumed out then they have a gas station for you. and even if they are busy they tend to go faster

It bothers me to pay for a carwash and have to clean my windows when I get home.  I called and talked with "Fabulous Paul"? to be told they only change towels after "10 or 12" cars.   So if you are the 11th or 12th car  all of the dirt or mud picked up from the cars ahead of you is then just smeared all over your windows.  I won't be back.

Always love getting my car washed at Freddys.  Fast service, but this time the rags they used on the windows weren't very clean and left streaks on my windows.  If I lived closer I would have gone back for a re-do.  Still really like the service I get here!

I was excited to try out this wash as it offered a hand towel dry and wheel clean at the end with the top wash, but I was disappointed in the effort of the staff. Like most people that are willing to pay over $20 per wash, I would expect to make it look clean and shiny afterward. They only dried about 40% of the car there were water spots all over the driver side of the truck, and all of the windows had big streaks as if they used a soaking wet towel to dry the windows. I came back about an hour later after I noticed the issues. They gladly let me go through again, but again the drying job was the same, so I politely asked for a towel and I dried it myself. Maybe I am just expecting too much from a mostly young and seemingly unmotivated staff. I won't return, as I can get that same clean for less than half the cost elsewhere, and I can dry it myself.
