I don't understand why Dr. Santos and Facial Beauty previously received any negative reviews on Google. I've had the absolute best experiences at Facial Beauty and couldn't imagine a better plastic surgeon and practice in Seattle or Bellevue. This practice has an excellent surgeon (Dr. Santos), highly professional staff, and beautiful facilities. Their services and consultations are top notch - I've always walked away happy. I highly recommend Facial Beauty for any plastic surgery or aesthetic services!

I saw Dr Santos in January of this year for a simple check in. His front office staff was nice and I was happy to hear they had Saturday appointments. Dr. Santos was nice and my appointment was short and to the point. Shortly after that I received my bill and paid it on time. My FSA requested an itemized statement so I called the office and left a message. Well three weeks later and over 10 messages no one has ever called me back. Only once did someone answer the phone, Dr Santos himself, and was assured I would hear back from someone. NOPE! I am beyond frustrated! I can't see how anyone can even schedule an appointment since no one ever answers the phone. I've called every number that I can find for both offices and still no answer. This is no way to conduct business and I will never recommend this office

I recently had a visit with Dr. David Q. Santos for the 1st time, and it will be my last too! I don't know how these doctors call themselves "specialists"? I have had an ongoing problem that I needed a 2nd opinion on. He hardly answered any of my questions. He kind of just said, "that's what happens sometimes to some patients." My husband actually came in with me for the consultation and he didn't like this "specialist" at all... he thinks this dr "beat around the bush for every question" I had! What a waste of time!
