I have been a customer at Lotus for over a year and would highly recommend them. Great customer service and results! I especially appreciate their friendliness, relaxing atmosphere and that they are always on time. As a busy mom I'm often squeezing in appointments and here I've never had to wait. Love that!

I spent A TON of money for laser hair removal. It was painful and it didn't even work. Biggest regret of my life.

I don't like to really post negative comments but my experience here was not the best. I bought the Groupon about a year ago and when I did my consult they told me I needed to purchase the medium, not small area. They would not do the Groupon price difference but made me pay more than that so I was out more than Groupon would have been. I recently had my last session and they told me I would need to purchase more sessions to get total hair removal otherwise to expect 90 percent loss at most(this was the first time they mentioned this). They definitely tried to upsell at the end when the 6th treatment didn't fully work to remove hair completely(and each additional session is $125 and that's with a discount). Very disappointed with end results and amount I would need to pay to complete.

I bought a groupon for 6 visits (laser hair removal - extended bikini) and I've had a wonderful experience. I opted for a slightly more expensive tip and found it to be quick, easy, and virtually painless. Lotus has provided a top rate experience - highly recommend.

There are clean and the technicians seem to know their job but the management is terrible. Be extra cautious on their service terms as it is different than what the manager lady tells you. She lies about whatever makes you pay them, whether it is the technology that they have or customer satisfaction policy or the deals that they run. Avoid this place if you can.
