Alexis is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She offers such a comprehensive treatment approach specific to everyone's unique needs. I would highly recommend her and will continue to see her for body work needs.

I decided to try Alexis for deep tissue message for my lower back pain which in turn is because of three herniated discs. I was amazed and fascinated at the same time with her straight forward methodology. I have tried multiple therapies in past including acupuncture, chiropractics, physical yada yada yada but have never felt such a relief. She was able to find the exact muscle that were bothering my lower back and recommended exercises and a plan to fix it. I have had 6-7 visits since then and my condition has changed a lot. I couldn't do light weight squats and deadlifts when I visited her for the first time but over the period I have improved a lot and now I can easily squat more than 1.5 times of my body weight. I would highly recommend Alexis for any kind of pain or misalignment. Fix your appointment and get ready for a surprise.

I came to Alexis to address tension in my neck & upper back. She is very knowledgable about massage and attentively listens to your concerns. Over the last 4 sessions I've seen a significant improvement and would highly recommend her to those who are looking to fix the cause of their pain and not just temporary relief. 

She does assign basic "homework" in between sessions, you'll be better off if you can dedicate 10 minutes to it every day!

I highly recommend Alexis! If you can make it to the East Side then please visit her Bellevue location. After just one session with her, I experienced immediate relief from chronic pain and discomfort. She was very accommodating and made herself available for what worked best for my schedule. Her assessment was very thorough. I felt very comfortable with her. She made sure she was applying the right amount of pressure, explained everything she was doing and answered any questions I had. She was professional and personable. I'm looking forward to future sessions with her.
