Large selection of styles and price levels. Doesn’t carry some popular brands of running shoes. Prices are usually good. It’s best to comparison shop as occasionally prices can be higher elsewhere. Staff are helpful when needed and leave you alone if you just want to browse.

Ugly selection and rip off prices. After visiting this store for the first time today, I was shocked to see families here buying shoes. Why I'm thinking! Is it because the "Factory" word in the store name strikes some sort of triggers in your brain where you think you're going to get factory prices lol! There is no factory here or even in Canada. You can get way better shoes at normal mall stores when there is a sale or at least check out the shoe company first.

The staff, were second to none, answered all my question and concerns  regarding my  purchase.  The store was clean bright and very welcoming.  If a person did not know the part of town, entering or exiting  would/could be some what difficult, but its truly  a great  place to  purchase  footwear .

So disappointed in the service. I bought a pair of $170 Mephisto shoes from Factory Shoe. I wore them for one day and they really bothered my foot. I called the manager Heidi, and she said they do not guarantee comfort. All I wanted to do was exchange them for a different style of Mephistos. Can't believe I spent that much on a pair of shoes and the company won't even try to help their customer out. They lost a customer today.
