Asked for help and stood there for 20+ minutes and no one came out. Went up to the cashier and asked if anyone was coming, there was several of us back in kids boots looking for help. She tells me she’s the only one scheduled today. I left everything and won’t waste my time coming back. We could hear associates talking in the back room, no one bothered to come and help and the cashier had attitude (not that I totally blame her as obviously the management and other co workers left her with everything). No fantastic sales even being Christmas, horrible customer service and management that clearly needs to get more training. Unfortunate since it’s in a great location.

Terrible customer service in store! I just want to know if the price on the tag is discounted or not, the associate was very impolite and impatient by saying if you didn't see the discount tag labeled, then they are not on sale. Everything is disorganized in store. And the service is not approachable at all. I searched by myself for my size and tried three pairs in store to figure out which one fits on me, nobody in store even stopped by and even just ask if I need any help during the whole process.And  when I tried to find out the price, things just happened as mentioned at the first beginning. Dear Lord! My first and also last time visit this stop ever! Everything sucks, the product, the service, and the shipping environment.

I ordered some shoes online. They turned out to be not quite right and they gave me a refund at the store without a problem. Even though the shoes were not right I thought the customer service was very good.
