The entire check-in process was seamless and lovely. The night attendant was understanding and had answers to all my questions. The day shift lady was stand-offish and everything we said seamed to annoy her. Still give the place five stars though because it's not the establishments fault.

Ryan the concierge is amazing. We weren't informed of the 48 hr cancellation policy, and he didn't charge us for 2 rooms, which is what we apparently had reserved. The hotel is beautiful, well appointed rooms, clean, comfortable beds, amazing staff. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic, with turkey sausage and Canadian bacon.

We booked a room with 2 Queens for our family of 4. Upon arrival, we were given a king room only. When we explained we needed 2 beds, we were just offered a rollaway bed because they were all sold out of Queens. We arrived at 8pm and had booked through a 3rd party website (even though my husband is a Marriott loyalty rewards member). We pushed more and they did end up accommodating us by bumping someone else that had booked a 2 queen room, but was a party of 1. So for us, we had a happy ending, but unsure of how it worked out for the other person (s). So not impressed with the fact that an error like that could occur in the first place. Other than that, the rooms were clean, spacious, and breakfast was good in the morning.

The people here make this place exceptional. The accommodation are fantastic. Breakfast is everything you expect in a hotel. They go above and beyond for their guests. I highly recommend this hotel.

A private company paid for my room and I had to get a signed form from them upon my arrival. I've had rooms bought for me before (by individuals who were not traveling with me) and never have I had to get a signed form. Fortunately it was a short drive to get the form signed but that could have been a major inconvenience had I arrived after 5. Otherwise, the facilities were well maintained and offered some nice amenities.
