I stayed overnight from October 22-23, 2017 at room 112. I forgot my suit and 4 shirts I needed for business meetings in Miami where I was headed. They were inside a Suit Bag hanging in the closet. I called the hotel many times willing to drive all the way back to retrieve my suit. From the first time I called they just tried to dismiss me giving me lots of work around. Now I had my wife UPS me another suit and shirts and I am filling a police report to see if I can get to the bottom of such dishonesty and dismissals. It is a good hotel if you don't have any issues like this, otherwise welcome to terrible customer service and frustration. When I file the police report and get to the bottom of this I will gladly post an update.

Good customer service and a very relaxing stay... I was in a pinch and was fortunate to have been able to aquire a room at this property. There was no availability for more than 100 miles.

Front desk service was great , but make sure you get your breakfast early. They don't replenish after 9 or 9 :15 am and start picking up at 9:30. Arrangement isn't typical holiday inn.

Very nice place to stay, they have trucker discounts, two truck stops, and a few eating places within walking distance.

We had great service I will definitely say there again very clean I give your hotel a 10. Also I love your prices you don't over charge
