We arrived in KC late, and we had all previously positive stays at Wyndham properties around the country, so my family and I took a chance on this Days Inn. We arrived close to 10, exhausted after driving from Santa Fe that morning, and after I checked in, we went to the room. The outside of the property was littered with garbage and cigarette butts, and when we opened the door to the room, we were hit with a strong chemical cleaner odor. When we entered the room, we noticed chip crumbs on the nightstand and floor. My oldest daughter said that we should go request another room, but our assumption was that this was how they would all be (after seeing the outside). I went into the bathroom, and noticed that there was only a single bath towel, and the hairdryer was missing. Then I noticed the condition of the door and bathroom ceiling. My wife hesitated in reporting the condition of the room, for fear that one member of the staff had sabotaged another. The beds seemed fine, but we didn't trust the breakfast, and got out as soon as we could in the morning. I spoke with the woman at the front desk, shared a few of our concerns, at which point she hung her head in frustration, asked for my credit card, and gave us a 10% refund. I shared my experience with Wyndham corporate, and they gave us 3,000 reward points.

This Place was Great the staff is very helpful and consistent the rooms was well Put together really enjoyed my stay here with my girlfriend and lil daughter

Good for the price! They didn't clean our room or give us new towels. I was kind of irritated when it was cold, got there late and needed a shower, bed wasn't made or anything. Guy at the desk didn't seem to understand English that great. Clean and nice for price.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. They charged me twice for our room. When I brought it the the front desk clerks attention, she very rudely replied "there is nothing we can do". Don't waste your money here. For the cost of being charged twice you could get yourself a very nice hotel!

My experience was not pleasant at all. When I checked in , I went to the bathroom and was welcomed with obvious s*** stain on towel that was on the tub. It wasn’t a type of stain you would see after a wash in the spin cycle. It had texture to it as if it was purposely there for exposure. I called the front desk and told them what I saw. I got a apology and cleaner towels. Keep in mind I’ve been in the room for approximately 3 minutes. The room did appeared clean but the bath Tub was gray. Not clean!!!! This hotel appears to be in a bad area due to the broken glass and trash around the premises and neighborhood directly behind the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were not clean. Wig hair everywhere! I’ve worked for a popular hotel in the past. If the costumer says that the room is dirty. You offer another room! Or change the bedding yourself as a front desk clerk. I wasn’t offered neither. In the morning, I bathed my daughter at the sink. I reached for a towel that was located above the toilet. And there’s a lighter! After seeing that, it left me with a feeling that there’s a lot of drug activity within the housekeeping. I can only imagine that there was probably a crack pipe in the room somewhere that I haven’t came across. I called the front desk, I was offered a new towel. The house keeper that came to the door was very pleasant and apologetic. I talked to her about the nasty towel and tub. She was fairly new to the company. She took the dirty towels , and observed all that I complained about. She went as far as taking the towels to the front desk. And did you think that they called or tried to compensate for the unpleasant stay???? Nope!!!!! I went in and demanded that something must be done. The man at the front desk mentioned that if this were to happen in the future to call the front desk. And I did!!! So that told me that whoever worked the night shift did not make a note or anything about the s***y towel, etc. that’s what the front desk is supposed to do so that it could be addressed with house keeping. But I was offered $17. and his excuse was, we’re new management. DONT COME HERE !!!!!
