For the price point (a little over $100) it was a very good experience. The mattress was perfect, 4 fluffy clean pillows, blankets and bedding were clean and smelled lovely.
The carpets were also clean and didn't feel gross when you walked on it barefoot. The bathroom was also clean but a star lost for the condition of the tub. It was very oddly shaped and slippery when I was taking a shower, BE CAREFUL!
The general smell of the hotel was clean and pleasant when you walked in, what a nice surprise! There is a decent FREE breakfast bar in the morning but come early to avoid the herds.
Check in was done professionally if not overly friendly. The hotel is located on a dead end but strangely, it's a very peaceful and quiet place. 4 ☆☆☆☆ We will def come back to stay when we're in KC.

The front lobby and breakfast area were new and nice. I stayed in the smokers wing, you could tell. I'm not a smoker but needed a room. I was able to check in late, all employees were polite and courteous, breakfast was standard and good. I will probably stay there again if I am stuck in the city.

Stayed here on August 7th 2017. Upon check in I was greeted by two friendly clerks. My room was perfect very clean place.. Nice selection at breakfast. workers were keeping it stocked. I would stay here again.

Clean room. Bathroom severely needs updated. Cracked shower and tub surround, but everything functioned properly. Friendly staff. Pool looked nice however I didn't use it. Not to bad overall. I would stay here again.

Paid 75 a night for this place, small tv, not clean. The bathroom was gross, caulk coming undone with mold growing in it. The ceiling part was coming down and glass missing. Outlets were broken and missing. If this is remodeled im shocked. The only thing great was the staff and how pleasant they were and helpful. In addition to that the lock on our door is busted so have to put the chair there just to feel slightly safe.  Wont be staying here again,  for 75 a night i expect at LEAST clean. Ive been in so many hotels and this one was not on the list to revisit.
