Friendly service and good work. I was pleased with the value and quality of the work done on our 2011 Highlander. Normally I avoid dealerships and have work done at independent garages. Being said, I was treated fairly and professionally at the service department and plan to continue to use this dealership's services.

After searching 7 other dealerships Fairfield gave me the best deal and made the buying experience enjoyable. We worked with Travis Mcgarvey and were in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half. We had a remote car starter dealer installed and Travis picked up the car from Dallas and left a loaner while they did the install. Great dealership, great staff and they truely care about their customers. I would recommend to anyone looking at buying a vehicle to check them out.

Wow! Don't try to get an oil change here. Was told 3 days out for a basic service. Was going to look at new cars while there, (No BS) because I am moving to area. But, if they can't service I do no want to buy there either. Toyota pretty much sells itself but in my experience around the country dealers service departments either shine or they are horrible. I did not feel much shine from this experience.

Just picked up a 2017 Toyota Tundra from Fairfield today. My experience during purchase was absolutely wonderful. Joel and Mary were a pleasure to deal with.They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with our deal. Since I live 2 hours from the dealership I wanted to make sure everything was ready to go on the day I took delivery and Joel made sure it was. He also introduced me to many of the Fairfield Toyota team and they were all very friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great deal on a Toyota!
