Sold me a ring for 1400 and I had it appraised and it was only worth 400. I spoke with Chuck, the owner several times and he said "Well, you bought it, thats your issue now" He told me when I was buying the ring, that I was getting an amazing deal, little did I know, the ring was so cheap. He didn't give me any paperwork for the ring, so I don't even have proof that the ring is real, so I can try to sell it. Horrible Horrible customer service, I have called back several times trying to give him the chance to make this right, and he ignores my calls and doesn't call me back. When I purchased the ring, he told me there would be no issue finding a matching wedding band, that is not the case. I have to get a custom wedding band made. He told me to send him a picture of the ring, when I first contacted him about all the issues I was having, and he said he would make me a plain diamond band for about 1200! Which is 700 over what I have been told by other jewelers. He is just trying to rip me off, ONCE AGAIN. I reported him to the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully someone will let him know that it is NOT okay to treat your customers this way.  I will tell everyone I know, NOT to go to FAIRMONT JEWELRY!!!!

 This is a good place to go,you will get a way better deal then going to the mall. this company has been in business a long time...
