I usually never write reviews but I want to take the time to thank the ASM Dolores for all her help and especially time! She really made the process run smoothly for me and my fiance. She was so patient with us even though we were so indecisive and had to go back several times until we were able to pick out the perfect ring. She always had a smile on her face and was more than happy to assist us. Thank you for everything, I will definitely be coming back for future purchases and recommend anyone come to her! ☺

I stopped by here to have them check on my order from dec.  3rd. I had already tried to get ahold of customer service by phone and online. They said they couldn't do anything, and would not even look the order up. We asked them to get ahold of Customer service for us, the answer was ".....no because there is a 1-2 hour hold." But they expect me to wait 1-2 hours, guess my time isn't as important as theirs to make sales they can not fulfill.
