Been coming to this clinic for 16 years. Have never had any issues. I now bring my kids here and they are wonderful with them.

They were very fast and caring with my 4 year old son! We had no wait time and got a same day appointment.

I wish I could give them no star!!! Bad customer service. I have been here twice. First time, I had to wait over one hour for my appointment. Second time, they rescheduled my appointment because it took the front desk lady for 20 minutes to check on my insurance. They decided to reschedule my appointment because it passed my appointment time. Seriously! it is their fault. I really do not understand this clinic. Be aware of this clinic that you have to wait forever for your appointment and come ONE HOUR before your appointment!!!

I have always had great service at Fairview Andover. The Dr.'s are great is as all the staff. They really care about the patients. My whole family goes there and feel the same. I will never go anywhere else.
