Really good urgent care. My son got an ear infection and we were seen and out in less than an hour. Also the pharmacy was on sight.

You get into your appointment very late or right on time and the time they make u wait in the room is ridiculous it almost makes it not worth it

Obviously not someplace that anyone wants to go, but the service is good. There can be a wait to been seen, but that's not atypical for an urgent care facility.

Apparently there is only one doctor on each week day. This was my first visit here and it will be my last. There was two hour wait just to get into a room, then another 45 before the doctor comes in, and it wasn't even busy. Seriously I counted 4 people called back between the time I arrived until I was called. There is nothing "urgent" about this place. I find the whole experience appalling. It was a total waste of my time and money to come here. I really hope this is not typical of this place. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Rude and no so bright. I went in then had to go back 6 days later in more pain and got lectured about antibiotics in our culture its not my fault the first antibiotic I was given didn't do anything. I said I was taking them and she asked if I had bottle which I went in bag and grabbed and gave to her then she counted them as though I was lying, so rude! Then on top of all was told to not come back to go to primary or er if anymore pain or if this antibiotic doesn't work. Best part was when I first got there for first time she was just going to order blood work and send me home until I insisted something was going on with my ear and then she finally with resistance looked then said yeah you have a bad infection otherwise I wouldn't have gotten anything first time. I am so disappointed In Fairview what a mess what is the point of urgent care; I would have gone to primary but she doesn't have any openings until two weeks. I will never go back to Fairview Brooklyn Center again. Im seriously considering during November open enrollment switching away from Fairview.
