Always seem to LOSE my forms that I turn IN PERSON, instead of just sending in the forms via snail mail. Sending in forms via snail mail GUARANTEES=FORM LOSS, ALWAYS! So, I turn IN forms in person & they STILL turn up missing! Even though I turned in forms EARLY, benefits got cut off & must start all over! PFFFFFFFFT! Hennepin County you are the absolute worst. You don't care about any of the people that live here. You just care about our money. I've been trying to call this horribly run office (and the other ones as well) to seek coverage on a past month for over 5 MONTHS! Anyone I speak to just redirects me to people I've already talked to. They keep saying there's a letter I need to send in but I've brought the paper IN PERSON and the lady gave me a number to call. Are you kidding me? I called the number and the person said to bring it into the office. WHAT. ARE YOU KIDDING ME.  I can't stand this county. WHO RUNS THIS. if I could give this county -40 stars I would.
