Can be VERY busy during the rush hour (to be expected). The Greek salad was good. The lamb was tasty. The baklava was gross, not flaky at all. I LOVE that they have complimentary tea and mint (because what's tea without mint!?). Will be back

Service has definitely declined at Falafel Bites - Sunnyvale. I used Caviar to order ahead as I have done many times in the past. This time the order was not ready at the advertised time, had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my order (1hr 10mins total time). They hadn't even started the order when I got there. The has become more and more of the norm with this restaurant. On top of this, the order was also incorrect.

I've been coming here since they opened and the food is always good. If you like hot and spicy, then you have to try the red "shatah" sauce .. most tasty.

I have not had such a good Flafel in long time ..it is my first time I try the Falafel here but it is the best in Bay Area ...

The ordering process was fast. The guy that took my order was super nice and friendly. I like the decor on the walls and the music played in the background. I would come back for sure.
