The food was great! This was my first time trying vegan food and I loved it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very attentive and helped me pick my entree and it was delicious! I got the sweet potato curry and was happy I had left overs for later! (:

Who doesn't love a good Chinese food, but would get those tendons in your meet and they would make you feel rubbery and that kind of grossed me out. However, now when I want Chinese food I just go to Merit because it's all vegan and my mouth can barely taste the difference between the meat alternative versus the vegan alternative. I have not been to a regular Chinese food restaurant in over a year now and I will never look back.

Good, but not great experience. The good - wontons were crispy and nicely done, food came out pretty quick. Meh - orange chicken was bit tangy, none of the servers bothered to fill up my water despite being empty. For most part enjoyed the food and efficiency, but would have been nice to have been cared about bit more.

Our server was a real nice guy. He helped us make an informed decision about our dishes. We ended up ordering a less oily chow mein and a pad thai. Both ended up pretty good. All the servers there seemed really happy and cheerful. Got a good vibe there.

Love this place. Just come here over and over and go down the menu. Try everything. Nothing here is bad. My favorites: veggie buns, golden tasty treats, the crepes, eggplant anything, tofu curry, the sticky rice desserts.
