After filling out the paperwork to have my beloved's ashes picked up by me. I called Bert to find out if they are ready but he'd already called the son 2 days earlier and had him pick them up! Disregarded what the deceased wanted altogether using the excuse, "well I didn't have your ph number." Yes Bert it was on the paperwork that the deceased and i filled out together, and I had written down fur you the first time we met. Your incompetence created an incredible amount of undo stress! I DO NOT recommend falgout's.
