My Family's experience with this funeral Home...... I would not bring none of my family member's there.The older man was nice to some, ugly to other's it was cold at first, so they ask him to turn it up, He did but as people filled the place it got hot, so they ask him to bring it down now, that's when he complained. When they first open that place it was nice, when You first walk in the furniture was old, and shabby looking when they first opened it was nice. There is no couches for the close Family to sit on near the front, just chairs and not so comfy either. By the time they lay out their loved ones, they are tired and worn out they have been waiting all week, mourner's need someone that is compassionate and caring. They didn't even have a fridge for the family to use they said their stuff was in it. My family had to go get a cooler. Every funeral Home I've been to have a fridge to use to use for people who bring food for the family. They are not the only funeral Home, Chauvin Funeral Home is still there That's who I'll recommend my Family does with our loved ones. Coffee cups was just big enough to get a shot of coffee, not a cup. I have never seen Styrofoam cups so small. Now the funeral it's self there was no chair or tent set up for the family to sit. out of the sun. How sad I know that was a nice place at one time. The women there were very nice. that's not enough for me to use this funeral home. Thank God for reviews.

If all funeral homes had the compassionate, friendly & professional staff like the Samart Funeral Home does, death would be a tad less dreadful of a subject to embrace. The employees (Sarah, Mr. Jr. & Lane) I interacted with were exemplary! Sincere gratitude for taking care of my dad & our family.

The staff and Mrs. Krystal was great in helping with all the details. It's never easy but they make it easer. Thanks for all the help.
