First off we were looking for a jacuzzi room with seats in the jacuzzi and was told they did and was told that it was a King size bed. Well we got to the room and our key was outside cause we arrived late which to me is a big no no. What happened if somebody took our key and made a copy and then went into our room and waited on us. You can make a copy of a key easily. We were told it was a king size bed it was a full. For a $130 the room was very very small. Their was hair in the tub and the mattress was stained. We were not happy as this was our first stop at Branson. Not a good start. Talked to the manager the next day and was refunded so at least they did that. Make sure you get their before they close to get your key and to check your room first. It is a nice location and I hope they will correct these issues.

Nice people, clean place, but not my idea of a deluxe breakfast. Only warm food was the pancake / waffle machine. Donuts could stand an up grade 😊

Great Prices and Not a Bad Location!!! The room itself was very clean and the exterior of the building was a bit run down but most of the Branson Hotels are run down in some way. It was cool that two good restaurants were within walking distance and the creek behind the hotel was very neat as well! Would definitely srat again!

Please read before staying here. We just stayed this weekend October 13-15, 2017. We had four of us and chose the “master suite”. We learned this used to be the owners apartment. The suite is like a small apartment with complete kitchen, two rooms and two bathrooms. The suite is out of date and a little musty smelling with some furniture in the living room that looked like side of the road free pickups. The main tv was smeared all over the screen like someone licked their fingers and wiped it all over. The carpet was pretty nasty. Kitchen floor was cracked, air conditioners were filthy and you will see the AC in the master bedroom is a small unit in the closet with a hose leading out to somewhere. The inside doors were filthy. The tubs had a nice little surprise, hair in the bottom of both of them(only got one picture). There were bugs in the living room light fixture. Also the mirrors on the master bed closet were also smeared all over. I tried to get a picture but it didn’t show it very good. Now the kicker. If you stay in the suite you will feel no sense of security or safe feeling. You will see a picture of a baby gate that is at the top of the stairs that lead down to a door. This is all part of your suite. It’s in the little hallway connected to the living room and right outside the master bedroom. Behind that door is the main office and the place where they serve their continental breakfast to the guests. On Saturday night I went into the main office and tested the door. In the picture you will see the door is only locked with a twist doorknob.(it’s not the exact doorknob but one just like the picture I show) So I twisted it and opened the door and guess what....there was the baby gate the led right into our suite. So ANYBODY that wants can just unlock it and walk right into your suite, during the day when your gone and at night when your sleeping. Needless to say we didn’t sleep well knowing this. Also at night you can hear the main office phone ringing from people calling down there. They told us they’ve never had any problems with people unlocking the door and walking up there. So you be the judge if you would like to take that risk. We won’t be staying there again. I usually don’t leave feedback like this but I want for others that chose the master suite to know these things before staying there. It doesn’t let me share all of the photos.

This place has cockroaches, I will never stay here again! The breakfast was terrible and the cleanliness awful! I do not recommend this hotel!
