Very clean, friendly service, helpful staff, and a great location. I stayed at 2 other hotels in Branson and thought I wouldn't spend another night in Branson because of the dissatisfaction I had with the others. The Fairfield Inn was so much better, if I ever go back I will stay here. The cost was budget, but the staff and cleanliness, still made me feel important to them. THE Showers were spotless. The rooms even smelled clean, but not antiseptic. Great place to stay.

They charged a $70 fee for incidentals without authorization. Be prepared for that especially if you use a debit card. Our room was prepaid with Marriot points but they still required we leave a card. Staff didn't inform us about the required charge but simply asked for the card for incidentals. We are used to leaving our card at hotels (we travel twice/year for sports) with the understanding that more money isn't actually charged unless you use more than normally provided hotel items. The $70 debit will drop off in 5-7 days, we were told, and it's for incidentals "like a deposit in case someone walks out with a TV". So they sit in our money for a week. No harm, but annoying and unnecessary. Other than this issue, the room and food were fine; comparable to a Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, or Drury Inn. Unfortunately we were disappointed to have used up so many travel points for this stay as it didn't feel up to Marriott quality. We'd consider returning if they'd offer a credit and did not charge a standard deposit on the card.

Excellent staff service. Very friendly. It was my nephew's birthday and they made a lot of time to make him feel special.

Pictures and review are very good but got so disappointed to see how small the rooms are, including the musty smell inside the room which explains how they clean and how old the building is. All the staff are very nice. They need to update this hotel. They only have one elevator in the building which makes it so slow coz it's also being used by staff. The only reason for me to stay here again is the pool and hot tub. Food is ok, always being replenished. I won't stay here again coz I think the price is not worth it. I feel like staying in a Best Western.

This Fairfield Inn, like most, is perfect for us. It's low-key, clean, friendly & quiet. We took a group and they were wonderful to work with! They had all our rooms ready early so that we could get in them to leave welcome baskets. In the evening our group used their lobby/kitchen area for visiting and games. The next morning we enjoyed a great breakfast in the same room. Don't go without the waffles!!! Thanks FI for making our weekend great.
