Fallon Wellness has excellent service. I go there to get my prescription refilled and every time the staff greets me so nicely. They care about their customers and treat me like a friend.

Beyond rude and unhelpful! I was interrupted repeatedly after trying to communicate an issue with insurance. The customer service is terrible! It seemed they just wanted me to pay out of pocket so they could get the cash. I can't say I will ever be giving them any business regardless of how I'll I am. Sad to see people like them taking advantage of the ill and desperate.

Check before going to see if your insurance covers meds.  Not a participant pharmacy with all. Special medication with special prices. Secondly they make you wait hours. Very sympathetic to people in discomfort.lol

Would not choice them.

Went with my mother to ask if this Pharmacy had any recommendations for a holistic/homeopathic OB/GYN. The cashier directed us to a man named Peter, I introduced myself and my Mom and asked him what we were looking for and if he had any recommendations. This man was very rude, and said he couldn't recommend anyone until my mother had a diagnosis and he had to look at her lab work. I came looking for a recommendation for a OB/GYN, not for his personal opinion or his involvement in my mom's health problems. Rude staff and rude director for a holistic business.
