We rented a unit from this business nearly two months ago, and have not received our security deposit back. I have called repeatedly, and have emailed, but I am being ignored. We returned the unit in better shape than we received it, so this is not an issue of it being retained for any damages. I will continue to contact them until we receive our money back, and will never consider renting from them again.
Update 10/23/17:
After filing a complaint with the BBB, I was mailed a check for the amount of my deposit, plus interest. The check bounced, and I had to pay the bank fees on that. The business will no longer respond. I am not the only person this has happened to, and I was told someone has filed a claim against them in court. You don’t need to search too much to find many bad reviews on this business. They’re crooks.

Initial contact was delayed and I understood with it being the off season.  Phone call and email contact was made with four weeks before our trip.  Assured that there would be a RV to rent.  Here it is a day before we leave and no contact by phone or email for the last four days as I kept trying.  Just disappointing that a local company failed to follow through.  Communication is a basic business concept and this one seems to lack it!!  Don't plan your trip around their empty promises.

I booked the in March a specific RV listed on this website. I gave them $650 for a deposit then I got lip service about sending me a contract and my requests for such went unanswered. I paid on the 16th of March and the last I heard from Jim was the 29th. I started to stress when I couldn't get Jim to answer my emails and started looking for another company. I found RV Share and the exact same owner (Jim) and the exact RV I rented. I checked the availability of this RV and saw that my time was not marked off and apparently it was rented half into the time I reserved. I emailed Jim about this and NOTHING. On April 12th I sent an email to cancel due to lack of communication and double book. It is now May 5th and I still haven't heard from him. I started procedure for a fraudulent charge (for the deposit) on the 12th of April which you think a reputable business owner would respond to. Nope. I chose to rent from RV Stewart and now have a proper contract and someone that answers the phone and emails.   - My advice is BEWARE!
