it seems to me that the ladies that answer the phone are overworked, or they don't like their jobs, I work with the public on a daily basis and I know it can be frustrating and you don't always get the most pleasant people, but when you get rudeness it really looks bad for the rest of the business, after all they are the first contact for a lot of new patients and future new patients. besides the rudeness of the phone operators, if you can get past that then you will experience fantastic care and warm wonderful doctors, nurses and front desk and back desk staff!

Have gone here for years and have not met many doctors who are not rude and condescending. Also the wait time is like an hour in total, the doctors always seem overbooked/rushed.

Went to them for 22 years and missed a couple apoi ntments but they refuse to let continue as a patient even thought there the only place with my records don't go here cuz they don't care about you it's all business

Short phone staff. Dr's I've seen (Dr Schimke and one other) have been condescending, rude, and very brief. Don't listen to you at all. Please see an OB for Women's Health and a Pediatrician for your children.

Worst place to go. Customer service is so rude. They make you wait 20-30 minutes in lobby than another 20-30 minutes in the room. Doctor will just come for 5 minutes and just advice you what to do and than gives you a big bills to pay.
