Well, I was going to give this place a chance. After one call and they were so inconvenienced I then read the reviews. I'm so grateful for google reviews. I need my health issues taken seriously.

Yikes! I will not be returning to your practice. First, whenever I come in for an appointment I usually have to wait a half hour to 45 minutes for them to set up. AND that’s after I am checked in and waiting in a room. Second, Dr. Bonnie Sprague has no idea had to speak to people who have anxiety. She made me feel like a drug addict and didn’t take me seriously. Told me to go get some natural supplement (I’ve been down that road before many times). I called her after hours for help and her tone was awful (bothered and annoyed) and she had no idea how to speak to someone suffering with anxiety. She flat out told me to calm down. I don’t usually right reviews or email. But I really had an awful experience with someone who is supposed to care and help. I got what felt like a laugh and a tell me to relax. I wouldn’t recommend going here!

I adored Bonnie and had great faith in her care for years until recently. I was having the same health issues reoccur. After the 14th month of this and a medical crisis involving an ambulance & ER visit, I asked if it's possible that something was missed. Bonnie yelled at me and literally told me to "shut up". She was then rude to my 80 year old mother when she asked a question. That was my last visit to the clinic. I got a new primary care provider and was accurately diagnosed (with serious issues that had been overlooked) in a matter of days. I have now heard of others having a similar experience. Having Bonnie as my care provider was actually detrimental to my health which made me sad because I really liked & trusted her. I wish her all the best but no longer have faith in her as a healer.

My favorite doctor that I have ever been too. Bonnie, is so honest and clear about the steps that need to be taken in order to achieve optimum health. I also really appreciate her approach to becoming healthier.

They actually are willing to treat you not just give drugs. Bonnie is open to natural help along with medicine. Always easy to get an appointment. Willing to deal with more that one health issue at a time.
