The first visit I had was decent, with the exception that I had to wait over 30 minutes in the private room to be seen by the doctor. But the doctor was nice, so I didn't make a big deal about it. So when my husband needed a new doctor, I made him an appointment with the same doctor I saw. My husband was having some issues and needed to be seen by a doctor ASAP, although it was not an emergency. While making the appointment I was told that he needed to be there an HOUR before his appointment to fill out paperwork, or he could print them online and bring them filled out. If we did this, he could come at his scheduled appointment time. So, of course we did that. My husband left work early and rushed to get to the appointment but unfortunately arrived literally 8 minutes late. The receptionist gave him an attitude and said he should have been there at 2:30 (his appointment was at 3:30 pm). Once he explained that he printed the forms online, she said she would check to see if the doctor would still see him, even though he was late. The doctor refused to see him, and cancelled his appointment because he was 8 minutes late. Completely ridiculous. Everyone knows that once they bring you back, you are going to be waiting in the room for a while before the doctor comes in. So for her to decide that it was "too late" after 8 minutes is horrible customer service. It was up to the doctor, and she chose to turn away someone that waited two weeks to be seen and tried his best to arrive on time. He was a potential new patient and really needed to be seen asap. But she did not care. That is not how you treat people. To top it all off the receptionist told my husband that " the doctor didn't have all day to wait for him". How rude and disrespectful. That did NOT need to be said! I suppose it's okay for us as patients to wait 30+ minutes to be seen, but the doctor couldn't see a new patient after 8 minutes? I do NOT recommend this clinic. As medical professionals, this clinic does not have compassion, and needs to learn how to treat people with respect. They can start with how the receptionist talks to people!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I've been seeing Dr.Rojas for maybe 6 months now. First appointment I had with Rojas, she asked me why I had epilepsy. (I've had it since I was a child, mind you, it's not like I asked the seizure gnome to give it to me. The neurologists I've seen before didn't even really know why. It's partially due to genetics, I can tell you that.) I just accounted this question to a language barrier because english isn't her first language. What has driven me over the edge to even bother writing a review is the fact that the office/doc sent in one of my prescription incorrectly. I've been taking Sertraline (Zoloft) for a few years now for my depression/anxiety, dosage being 150mg a night. I have to break a 100mg pill in half to make it 150 but that's fine. The pharmacist just called me, saying that the prescription came in, saying I take one and a half 25mg tablets. Let me repeat 25 mg. So I'm to go from 150mg to 37.5mg? Even the pharmacist was appalled. How could she even sign this? I had them fill it so I can take the full dosage until Monday. Monday I will call and have a little chat. I'm definitely going to switch doctors though. (For anyone curious, no, Rojas and I did NOT discuss a dose change before this, so this can be considered malpractice.)

Customer service was horrible! They turned me down on my appointment day because they said my insurance was not primary but secondary and they could not see me until it was fixed. I had insurance company on the phone with me confirming it was primary , yet they still turned me down. Some lady came out and said with a cheesy smile on her face that they could not see me and left immediately without even trying to sound like she cared. I started crying because I needed to see the doctor, my fingers had been swelling on my hands for 3 weeks and I could not get in anywhere sooner than what they scheduled me for, I took time off work, and they were incredibly rude and the opposite of compassionate.

I have been waiting two weeks for a referral to get my yearly eye exam. Every time I call to check on the status of the referral I get the run around

Horrible horrible customer service ! The receptionist Denise, she gave me the worst customer service at a doctors office! I had an appointment with them and wanted to talk to my physician about my appointment and she insisted I tell her exactly what I wanted to talk to him about and had the worst attitude over the phone. Then when I asked for a manager she said there was no manager that I could talk to! If you are looking for a good doctors office DO NOT go here!
