I have been a patient (and my family of 4) for over 8 years and I have recommended their office and Dr. Torres to many many people.

My appointment was at 10:15 am, but I arrived and checked in 20 minutes earlier hoping to see the doctor or PA sooner. My patience ran out at 10:50, 35 minutes after my official appointment, but almost an hour after having arrived. I asked the receptionist to cancel my visit as I had to return to work. During my entire wait, not once did any of the office staff apologize for the long delay. What's worse is that this is the third time this has happened to me at the Waterford Lakes location. I am thoroughly disgusted with FS&FHC. One star is a compliment!

I've been coming here for at least a couple years and my experience with the PAs has always been great. However, the staff royally screwed up today and they weren't very apologetic about it. I called yesterday to make two appointments. I had a bad ear ache due to an ear infection and I also needed my annual physical. I was told they had no appointments for the same day, but they could see me the day after. I said, in that case, I would only do the physical since I needed help for my ear infection as soon as possible. They scheduled me for my physical to be the following day. I took off from work, under the rain, drove there only to be told I was not in the system, I didn't have an appointment and they could only see me in the afternoon. I explained that I had called yesterday and they had scheduled me, that I had just taken off from work and it was just a physical, and I received the same answer. A physical takes less than 10 minutes. They literally weigh you, take your blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, ask you how you feel, and listen to your lungs. 4 of those things are done at the same time! No excuse!! The only way I would come back to this place is if a doctor would go to my house in the middle of their work day just so I can tell them, "Sorry, I didn't have you schedule today, come back later" and they actually come back later. Otherwise, I'm looking for another provider.
