Highly recommend! Family Practice Associates offers the convenience of a large practice while maintaining personal attention. I absolutely love my doctor, Dr. Amanda Foxx, and have referred friends here. It's quick to get an appointment and every person I've interacted with has been helpful and friendly.

Loved the staff and Dr. Martin.  Very pleased with the visit and that he knew some American sign language.  That helped put my husband and I at ease since my husband is profoundly deaf.  They made us feel very at ease with our questions and our visit.

I've gone to Family Practice for 10 yrs but I think my time here is done. In the past year they keep trying to get more and more technology packed into each visit but the waiting times continue to skyrocket. Last 3 visits it has taken over an hour to get called back. One visit was scheduled for 330pm and I was not called back until after 5 o'clock. Absolutely unacceptable. The first time I let it go as possibly just a fluke for that day....but 3 visits in a row?????

I had an appointment at 3:20 , arrived at 3:10 and was waiting until after 5pm until I got too frustrated and demanded a refund and left. I asked the lady behind the front desk what the purpose in making the appointment was and she said "I don't know. This is unacceptable". This place is an absolute joke. People were in and out while I was sitting in a waiting room for almost 2 hours. There were nurses leaving because the place was officially closed and they still had about 15 patients waiting in the waiting room. I will NEVER come back here and I would highly recommend to everyone to find ANYWHERE else to go.

This place is so difficult to work with as far as them getting back to you. I have tried for 5 days to get someone to call be back regarding a preventive scrip. And when I asked them to email me a receipt, the said they could not attach to an email and most of the billing staff do not have email. REALLY???? then how do you function in 2018 with out email. Have been going here for about 10 years, I guess it is time to find a new doctor
