Whenever you go to a car dealership, you have this fear in mind that either I be cheated or over charged or something will go wrong but my experience for VW dealer was different till I meet "Family VW" Background I am VolksWagen person from last 5 year and drove 4 different VW but after interacting to "Family VW" , My trust is little shattered , This place brings everything for which auto dealers are famous for, They are just everything which you want to avoid while buying / servicing your car, Issue I have an eGolf and it got charging issue so I reached out to VW US and they asked me to send my car to them as they are the closest electric car dealer, They kept my car for a week and coordinated very well but my dis-appointment started when I got back my car with a scratch on it. I reported this issue to delivery person and he called someone and asked me to wait as they will reach me back My frustration further elevated when I found that none of the issues were resolved where as they gave me a signed off tech sheet which explain the issues were resolved or not reproduced After waiting for 2 days, I called their service manager whose behavior was utterly rude and he deflects every issue, even though I sent him pictures of issue being reproduced, About scratch, he maintained a stand that scratch was always there even though the signed off sheet which they gave me while collecting my car dont have a single word about it In short, Trust, Honesty and Customer dealing took heavy beating as I end up having a faulthy car with an additional scratch on it If possible, AVOID THEM, you have better VW dealers out there

Don't buy here!! I saved thousands off MSRP by driving 2 hours south when Family Motors was marking up their inventory simply because I wanted to buy a brand new 2018 Atlas.

Started off really good here. We bought two cars through this dealership. After poor service at the service dept, and the inability to cut us a good deal on our 2nd lease turn in, we wound up at the Mercedes dealer.

Horrible! They took my car and they wanted to have it for 2 weeks the mechanic "miguel" made a mistake and told my machanic that it was going to be ready on sat then mo day. Then I decided to call tuesday and he said that it will be ready Tommarow and I called the next day and he said that he had to order another part and it wont be here till 7-10 day later thats 2 WEEKS without a car. Its horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. Volkswagens are horrible cars do your research. Im going to have to go over there and tow My car from bakersfeild 1 hour away. Again do not go there.
