I had a great experience at Kia's service department in Bakersfield. I worked with Velma and she went above and beyond explaining the issues with my car. Not only was she super sweet and friendly, she was very informative. I would be so happy to work with her again with any of my car issues!

Parts/Service department visit: This place is run down and needs an upgrade. First off this is my second time coming for an oil change and the first time I made an appointment and was informed I'd have nearly a two hour wait so I left. I returned to give them another attempt and same issue. No signs are posted to know where you are or where you need to go when you walk in.one of the two people sitting on the side who are technically supposed to assist you is lost and confused. The bathrooms are dark and gloomy...at least they have warm water and my oil change was under $40.

Took my car in for service took under an hour to get it back very friendly staff good service on I feel like it's a very good value I would recommend it to other people

Great place to buy a car.Our salesman Tyler, was a young individual, and extremely knowledgeable . He went above, and beyond in getting us into a new vehicle. Would definately recommend Haddad Kia, and Tyler to anyone looking for a new car!!!
