Terrible service.  Only one register open for both dining in and take out.  Waited 25 minutes in line for take out.  Ordered a bake potato, did not get toppings.  Only reason I gave 3 stars is that the food was good.

First of all, it was 95 degrees today and it was even hotter inside. On top of that they only had ceiling fans... i was sweating the entire time i was there. Secondly I have never been to a restaurant where I had to stand there and decide what I wanted to eat before I sat down. I felt awkward and rushed. And people that came in after me were getting served first. Then I go to get my drink (self-serve) and the water barely works with the dispenser. So I get a full glass of raspberry tea and it was basically all syrup. Sweetest thing I've ever had. Also we had to pay before we sat ourselves. And wanted us to add tip before we are severed on the bottom of the receipt. Uhhh no. All you did is bring our food from the back. Didn't check to see how we were. We refill our own drinks. Sorry. Highly disappointed. It wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't hotter inside than out. Get with the program.

Very very good ribs, you get a lot of food with the orders. Will certainly go back.
