Only been here once, but it's a nice place, it's combined with a KFC, and you can order off of both menus on the same order.

Absolutely horrible.  3 trained monkeys could run this store better.  I watched 6 people walk all over each other with absolutely no organization.  I watched 2 guys stand outside talking and laughing with their friends while the place was packed.  I watched the cashier lock the lobby 20 mins before the posted lobby close time, as people were still rolling in trying to get inside to avoid the ridiculous drive thru line.  I waited 20 minutes for my food which was nothing special, and some of it was cold/old.  Root beer was the only thing that deserved that single star.

Got our order wrong twice. Food wasn't great. Root beer was good.
