Normally, Cane's is SPOT ON, 💯. Our particular visit on 1/2/2018 was less than stellar. The fries were undercooked and floppy, not crisp in any way, shape or form. The chicken seemed slightly undercooked on the outside as well. They were still juicy and delicious, always fresh not frozen chicken breasts, but the breading or coating was not as crisp as usual, and kind of just fell off when we picked them up or took a bite. I would have complained, but we were in a hurry.  

Their fries are crinkle cut, much like White Castle, but WAY better! They have their own in-house sauce and coleslaw, but I can't attest to their quality or taste because I like my food plain. They give ketchup on request, and it's Heinz in the nice dip and squeeze packets! They include thick buttered Texas toast, which is excellent! You can buy all of their sides separately, too, which is great if you're not in the mood for or don't like chicken. 

9 out of 10 times we've eaten here, we've never had a problem. Their prices slightly more than most fast food chains, but you get what you pay for. I've never had rude service or any orders screwed up in the 6+ years I've ever gone to Cane's (once every 2 - 3 months average). They literally have THE best chicken strips I've ever had, and I won't order them anywhere else anymore.

Gosh darn is Canes delicious. Everything needs to be dipped into that amazing sauce of theirs to be edible. Don’t get me wrong the food is already good as fried food can be, but the sauce takes it to a whole notha level

Great leadership at this location.  Was in a bind, had to feed 200 people in 24 hours. They had my order hot and ready for travel right on time. Amazing.  Tasted so good. Everyone enjoyed the chicken, fries and toast.  Really thought the individual packed Cane’s sauce was above and beyond.

All they do is chicken and they do it well! Their fresh chicken tenders will melt in your mouth and they're served with a delicious secret sauce. The employees here are also pretty friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal.

The Cane's sauce is HEAVENLY.  Always fresh food. The fries are great. If you're going through the drive thru, be prepared to wait! It's absolutely worth it, though.
